Women's Day 2020 | Mid-Summer Refresh

Good morning All,

COVID-19 is here for an indefinite period. During the last four months, some of us have “caught the COVID 5# 10# 15# 20#” (extra pounds) as we adhere to the STAY HOME/STAY SAFE philosophy. In times like these, prayer, faith, obedience, mental and physical activities/escapes are needed by all.

The Women’s Day committee has planned a Midsummer refresh all on                        Saturday, July 18, 9-10 am.

Imagine this, from the comfort of your home, deck, backyard,-you can enjoy a workout, healthy snacking and other self care modules from Myrtle Beach , SC presented by Naturally Fab with Angel Burt as our host. Geared to reach all ages, female/male, everyone please register for this event on the unionamec@live.com under Givelify or PayPal “Virtual Walk” for a small donation of $20.
