Lady Arlena is a communications executive, career consultant, high demand speaker and philanthropist. As Founder and CEO of Elevation Ally, a full service career consultancy agency; Mrs. Worthen propels companies and individuals forward with actionable time proven coaching systems that inspire  breakthrough performances and deliver profit.

 

Prior to launching Elevation Ally, she served as a global communications executive for more than 15 years, elevating Fortune 100 brands such as IBM, NASA, Emerson and Salesforce and currently serves as the Head of Global Communications for Wrike, leading teams in the US, EMEA, and APAC. 

 

Newly married to Pastor Worthen, her dedication to God and Kingdom building exemplifies the essence of true partnership in ministry and marriage.  Together, they have initiated the “Safe Sanctuary” ministry, rebirthed KidZone Worship, and Voices of Praise ministries, with a mission to serve and meet the needs of their community beyond the walls of the church. 

 

Lady Worthen’s travels have included Brazil, Bahamas, China, Japan, Singapore, England, Germany, Italy,  Switzerland, Egypt, South Africa, and Jamaica. 

 

She is a graduate of Florida A&M University, Syracuse  University, and a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.
